By using Edutalemia ETA you agree to abide by these terms. The platform is owned and managed by ALIBDA ALFIKRI (Sultanate of Oman — Muscat, Commercial Registration 1329307).
Terms of Use

Nature of the platform
Edutalemia ETA is a digital platform connecting educational talents with educational institutions. It is not a direct employer and does not bear responsibility for contracts signed between the two parties outside the platform.
Registration and data accuracy
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information at registration. The platform administration reserves the right to reject or suspend any account found to contain false or misleading data.
Content and ownership
All texts, logos, and platform interfaces are owned by ALIBDA ALFIKRI. Republishing or commercial reuse is not allowed without official permission.
User-uploaded content and files
The user acknowledges and agrees that Edutalemia.com may process, display, and use the profile photos, CVs, introductory videos, lesson videos, certificates, qualifications, experience documents, training certificates, portfolio files, additional documents, and data that the user uploads to the platform, to the extent necessary to deliver the platform's services and achieve its professional and educational purposes, including creating and displaying the professional profile, making appropriate data or content available to approved educational institutions in accordance with the visibility settings and permissions in force on the platform, improving and developing the platform's services and user experience, and protecting the platform and verifying legitimate use. The platform does not use such data or files outside the legitimate purposes specified in these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, and applies appropriate measures to protect personal data. The platform may disclose data or files to competent governmental, judicial, or law enforcement authorities where required or permitted by applicable laws and regulations, or in response to a lawful request from a competent authority. The platform does not claim ownership of the files uploaded by the user, and the processing of personal data and files remains subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations on personal data protection.
Permitted use
The platform must be used only for legitimate educational and professional purposes. Any illegal or unethical use is prohibited.
Subscriptions and packages
Subscription packages are being finalized at this stage. Any prices or packages will be officially announced by the platform administration upon approval.
Account termination
The platform administration may terminate or suspend any account that breaches these terms, while retaining data according to the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any dispute shall be resolved through the competent authorities in the Sultanate of Oman.
